Pandan chiffon cake



Maaf ya temen2 kue chiffon cake gw yah favorit gw.. Sampe sekarang gw pikir chiffon cake gw yg paling enak.. hihihi.. Muji diri sendiri..
Jadi gw pikir gw share aja resep gw biar bisa bandingin dg resep kalian.. 
O iya resepnya ga pake cream of tartar.. Krn kata temen2 gw yg di swiss cream of tartar haram.. Alhamdulillah barusan nyoba tanpa cream of tartar jadi 

Pandan chiffon cake

INGREDIENTS
2,5 cup cake flour
1,5 cups sugar
1,5 tsp. baking powder
3/4 liquid cup water 
( aq pake 1/4 cup santan dan  
1/2 cup air)
1/2 cup canola oil
7 eggs, separated
Pasta pandan
Salt

INSTRUCTIONS
Whisk flour, all but 2 tbs sugar, the baking powder, pasta pandan,oil, egg yolk and water in a bowl whisk to make a smooth batter. Using an electric hand mixer, beat whites in another bowl until soft peaks form. Beat in remaining sugar until stiff peaks form; fold into batter. Transfer to an ungreased 10" tube pan, and smooth top. Bake until golden and a toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean, 50 minutes. Invert pan onto a wire rack; let cake cool completely upside down. Run a knife between cake and side of pan to release the cak
